Emily and Erin's Ellijay Wedding at Wit's End
Erin and Emily planned a March wedding with more than 100 guests to take place in the North Georgia Mountains. But, as you can guess, that did not happen.. They postponed their wedding until October thinking the pandemic would be over and everything would be back to normal.
But, as you know, that’s not how things unfolded.
Having postponed their wedding once already, they decided to downsize their guest list and have an intimate COVID-friendly wedding with just a few friends and family.
The wedding took place at Wit’s End, which is described like this on their website: “a dreamscape of babbling streams, mountain valley meadows and magical ancient forests dotted with secret sitting areas, cozy fire pits, tree swings, old farm buildings, a pavilion and a modern cottage.” And, yep … that’s pretty much what the place was like. Amazing!
Here are a few favorite photos from the getting ready and first look portion of the day. I’ll share more photos in a day or two where you’ll get to see how special the grounds were.
